5. Account Creation

Upon purchasing a product, you will receive an email containing your user account credentials. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account information, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Actions:

• Distributing, copying, or otherwise sharing any content from Theta Warrior, which is sold as proprietary information.

6. Payment and Billing

Payments for Theta Warrior products are processed securely through Stripe. We offer both subscription-based services and one-time purchases. By purchasing any product or subscription, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

Recurring Subscriptions:

If you purchase a subscription, your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis until the subscription is canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account setting

7. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

•Review Window: You must review and complete the entire program within 3 days (72 hours) of your purchase. You must provide proof of completion, which we will verify.

• Notification Requirement: If requesting a refund, you must contact our support team directly at [email protected], providing explicit proof that you have met the review and activity requirements. Telegram or other messaging support requests for refunds will be redirected to the support email.

• Activity Requirement

: To be eligible for a refund, you must participate in all weekly sessions for 60 days from the date of purchase and implement the strategies outlined in the program. If you do not achieve the results outlined, you will be eligible for a refund.

•Accidental Purchases: If the purchase was made by accident, you have 1 hour to request a refund. Requests made after 1 hour must meet the general refund eligibility requirements.

All content provided by Theta Warrior, including but not limited to videos, articles, and courses, is the exclusive property of Theta Warrior and is protected by U.S. copyright laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without written permission.

Theta Warrior is not liable for any financial losses, direct or indirect, that arise from using our educational materials. Users acknowledge that options trading carries inherent risks and that they are responsible for their trading decisions.
